I have some advice if you want to succeed..This is your first year, so you've got plenty more opportuities to come, so the reason why people give up so fast is because they tend to look at how far they still have to go instead of how far they have gotten..I know it will get harder and arguments will start to happen..so just keep that in mind..Bonne chance!!!
